![]() Thank goodness! I'm never doing any "Boosting" again. Nothing was deleted an windows did a fresh install. Then chose to repair windows while keeping all files, programs and apps. I didnt mount it anywhere, I just extracted it into a folder using 7zip within windows. I went to the Microsoft website, downloaded the most current windows 10 iso, its free. I didnt want to re-install 10TB of games, so I ran into a speedy solution. I guess "Gane Boost" caused some of my threads to shut down so the focus on cores would "implement" better gaming? The only option was to re-install windows. Did some searching online, someone else ran into the same issue. It took me half a day trying to figure out why game boost left my OS messed up. I cleared Cmos several times, took all overclocking off, an nothing. So I tried deleting the program, reset, didnt fix the issue. So I knew it was a software/OS issue that MSI command center & gameboost caused. So, I debunked it not being a hardware issue because I ran a CPU benchmark, in HWMontior all the threads woke up acting normal. I had hoped nothing was wrong with my CPU. ![]() So I opened up HWMonitor an saw some of my threads completely sleeping. 1% lows were very bad, in the 40's! The game was unplayable with all the stuttering. It cut my FPS in half! Not sure why I went from 144-182FPS to 66-88FPS playing the same game on the same settings. an tried using Game boost & overclocking feature using the Msi Command Center program within windows, its much like Ryzen Master, but communicates with an MSI mobo.
